If you are experiencing problems with your user name or password, you can reset those by visiting www.kennesawwifi.net. The City cannot work on any device-related issues but we can verify the network's status. You can submit any system outages or problems at wifisupport@kennesaw-ga.gov. We will email you after a review of the problem.
