The Community Development Department is a coordinated network consisting of Economic Development, Planning and Zoning, and Building Services.
The Community Development Department provides citizens and business owners with the necessary guidance to comply with the city regulations and ordinances. They assist citizens and officials in planning for growth while also encouraging and coordinating public and private participation in the planning process to achieve the goals established by elected officials.
