Depot Park Master Plan

The Kennesaw Depot Area Analysis and Transportation Study has been prepared for the City of Kennesaw and the Kennesaw Downtown Development Authority to address development of a new regional-sized library in downtown, cultural and recreational opportunities associated with the new library, and improvements to the downtown transportation network.

The study incorporated the recommendations, goals and policies from previous planning studies in addition to current expressed needs. The recommendations provided in the study are intended to serve as a planning guide to advance projects into design, engineering and construction phases according to a five year implementation schedule. Recommended funding sources have also been provided to assist the planning, coordination and implementation efforts.
