The City of Kennesaw staff takes pride in serving our citizens in a timely and courteous manner.  Whether signing up for water service, registering for a city-sponsored exercise class or requesting a copy of recent Mayor and City Council actions, friendly staff are available to help you achieve your goals. City employees want your interaction to be  pleasant and effective and will do their best to offer exceptional customer service.

We serve our citizens in many areas, including Police Services, Parks and Recreation, Residential Garbage Service, Business License Issuance, Criminal Background Checks, Fingerprinting, Planning & Zoning, Economic & Community Development and others. If you have a question about the any of the services we provide, our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm. The Police and Public Works Departments are also available during non-business hours.
