City administration is primarily the responsibility of the City Manager who supervises all departments, programs and services, essentially serving as the City's chief operating officer. The City Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the city, including enforcing laws, ordinances and policies, preparing and presenting the city budget, submitting regular financial reports and managing personnel.
The Administration Department also includes Human Resources, Public Relations and GIS.
