Welcome to Kennesaw Wi-Fi!
The City of Kennesaw is now offering wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access at Adams Park, Swift-Cantrell Park, and the park area near the historic train Depot in downtown Kennesaw.

So, how easy is it?
To enjoy the free wireless access, visitors need 2 things: their own laptop (equipped with a properly configured wireless network adapter) and login information provided by the City. To obtain the login information, go to www.kennesawwifi.net/register.php to register. Registration is free.

Answers to Frequently asked Questions:

What devices will work on the City wireless?
The Kennesaw WiFi will support most laptops equipped with a wireless card. Many PDA's may also work. The device must have the ability to display an Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, etc) where you can enter a user name and password. 

I am a student. How can this help me?
As a student, you will have the freedom to study and work in one of the parks, rather than being confined to the library or school. With the appropriate information from your school, you can access their network to complete your assignments. Many schools now have online classes which can be accessed through the Internet.

I am a stay at home parent. What could I do with this?
As a parent, you may attend baseball, soccer or other events with your children. This will allow you to use the Internet while you are with the kids.

I own a small business. Can I use the wireless at the park to communicate with my office and work?
Yes! After registering with the City, you can use the Internet to check your e-mail to continue to communicate with your office.

I do not have a lot of experience with wireless. What do I do for support? 
If you are experiencing problems with your user name or password, you can reset those by visiting www.kennesawwifi.net. The City cannot work on any device-related issues but we can verify the network's status. You can submit any system outages or problems at . We will email you after a review of the problem. 

There are many uses for the wireless Internet -- from shopping online and checking e-mail to completing work assignments. There are no user fees and registration is completely FREE.
