 William Westenberger (Biography)
 Chief of Police

 Office: (770) 429-4535

I want to say what an honor it is to serve as your Chief of Police. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with the fine men and women of the Kennesaw Police Department. It is our goal to serve and protect this community with the utmost professionalism.

As your Police Chief, I will continually work to develop and enhance the relationship between the police department and community. When it comes down to it, success is all about people working together to reach common goals. I know that we may not always see eye to eye. However, I promise to be available to listen to your concerns.

We have a great city within a great state and country. For many years we have been blessed with a safe community. In these times, community safety is a daily challenge. The Kennesaw Police Department strives to be present and visible around our streets, parks, businesses and neighborhoods and we ask our citizens to be vigilant too. It is our goal to maintain a safe community for many years to come and with your help we can meet that goal.

Thank you for your support and taking the time to read this message.

Sincerely,

William Westenberger

Chief of Police
