The City reserves the right to remove and dispose of any tree or decorations that become damaged, are in disrepair or obstruct pedestrian traffic. Participants are expected to regularly check on their tree to ensure it remains upright.
  • The City of Kennesaw is not responsible for any decorations or items that are lost, broken or stolen while on display.
  • Signage, if applicable, must be physically (and temporarily) attached to the tree and may be no larger than 18” x 24”. Signs staked in the ground will be removed.
  • All trees and decorations must be family-friendly. The City reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any display deemed offensive or inappropriate, which may also disqualify participants from future events.
