About the Market

The Kennesaw Farmers Market returns to the heart of Downtown Kennesaw for the 2026 season, presented by the Kennesaw Downtown Development Authority in partnership with the Cobb County Farm Bureau. The market will take place on Thursday afternoons from May 7 – August 27. Please note that the market will be closed on July 2 due to set up for the City’s Salute to America event.

Each week, the market brings together local farmers and makers offering fresh produce, baked goods, handmade items and specialty products. It’s a great opportunity to shop local and experience the community.

What to Expect

Shoppers will find a variety of locally sourced and crafted goods, including:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Locally baked breads, cookies and pastries

  • Jams, sauces, honey and other pantry staples

  • Handcrafted goods and gift items

  • Specialty products from area makers

While many vendors accept electronic payment, some may be cash-only. Visitors are encouraged to come prepared with both options.
