The Ethics Board exists to protect and uphold the high ethical standards of the City of Kennesaw and foster public trust by establishing and enforcing appropriate ethical standards with respect to the conduct of the members of the governing authority.

If meetings are canceled, postponed, and/or rescheduled, notices will be given as required by law. If meetings are conducted via Zoom Meeting, participation information will be provided on the agenda. All meetings are open to the public.

Members

There are five members of the Ethics Board consisting of City residents with residency of 12 months prior to serving as a member. Those on the Ethics Board shall not be a member of any other board or commission.

Appointments

All appointments are made by the Mayor and approved by the City Council.

Members serve staggered 2-year terms.
