Yoga in Depot Park @ Depot Park

Join Kennesaw Parks & Recreation, and yoga instructor Dipti Mody, for a community yoga stretch and strength class at our new Depot Park! This class is for all levels! Learn how to release tight muscles, reduce aches and pains, and build strength in your body and mind.

 

Please bring your own yoga mat (required) and blocks or straps if desired (not required).
