A chic Garden Party with new cocktails, wines, and brews. Live auction, entertainment, performances and more! Tickets will go on sale on August 3. Proceeds benefit the Gardens’ education programs, growing our plant collection, and preservation of outdoor sculptures. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
Join Kennesaw Parks & Rec for their latest Art in the Park – Candle Making! Attendees will make their own candles using high-quality wax, wicks and natural essential oils! Each session will last an hour and a half and will include lessons on wax melting, pouring and wick placing. Attendees will also be able to decorate their candle canisters with charms and magnets that will be provided. All supplies will be included in the price, and no experience is necessary. Lights snacks will be available during the event. Participants are welcome to bring their own food to the event.
Session 1 will have Fields of Lavender (Organic French Lavender) and Energize Me (Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Patchouli)
Session 2 will have Easy Does It (Lime, Patchouli, and Lemongrass) and Fraser Fir & Blue Spruce (Organic oils of Fraser fir and blue spruce)

Your comments on a specific agenda item will be read aloud or grouped into categories for the record.• The meeting will be broadcast live on Facebook! Join us at www.facebook.com/CityofKennesaw.• Seating in the City Hall Council Chambers is limited, due to social distancing. Overflow seating will be available at the Ben Robertson Community Center. The meeting will be broadcast at the Community Center & those in attendance will have the opportunity to speak to Mayor & Council via video call for public comment.
• Doors will open at 5:30 PM. All guests will be screened & evaluated upon entrance and will have their temperature taken.
