Free Outdoor Workouts Return to Swift-Cantrell Park

For the sixth consecutive year, Kennesaw Parks & Recreation is offering an instructor-led series of free outdoor workouts at Swift-Cantrell Park designed to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
Workouts are designed for all fitness levels and abilities. The schedule is as follows:

|Tue, May 1 at 6:30 pm||Yoga with Fit to Be|
|Tue, May 8 at 6:30 pm||Mom’s Boot Camp with Angie Hemmerlein|
|Sat, May 19 at 9 am||Cardio Karate with Phil Robinson|
|Tue, May 22 at 6:30 pm||Tai Chi with Phil Robinson|
|Sat, June 2 at 9 am||Taekwon-Do with Omar Welch|
|Tue, June 12 at 6:30 pm||Park Boot Camp with Fit to Be|
|Sat, June 23 at 9 am||Walking & Stretching with Balanced Running|
Workouts will take place near the main plaza, and last about one hour. All ages are welcomed; however children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, athletic shoes and sunscreen. Bring an exercise mat, towel, water bottle or sports drink to keep hydrated.
Cancellations may occur due to weather conditions.
