After the due date, the Property Tax Office will notify the taxpayer in writing that the taxes are outstanding and unless taxes are paid within thirty (30) days, an execution (FiFa) will be issued in accordance with O.C.G.A. §48-3-3. At any time after the 30-day notice has elapsed, the Property Tax Office shall issue an execution (FiFa) against the owner and the property.
