Join Kennesaw Parks & Recreation on Saturday, February 7, at the Ben Robertson Center for the annual Black History Bowl Championship, a full day celebrating Black history, knowledge, culture, and community.

Opening Ceremonies begin at 9:00 AM, hosted by Lori Wilson (WSB-TV), and feature a powerful Gospel Medley, a Hall of Fame Induction, a Mini Greek Step Show and a special guest presentation from Caden Harris of www.cadenteaches.com.

From 10:45 AM to 2:30 PM, teams will compete throughout the day, leading up to the 2026 Black History Bowl Championship Match at 4:00 PM. Participating schools include Awtrey, Barber, Herschel Jones, Lost Mountain, McClure, Moses, Sammy McClure and Whitefield Academy.

Guests can also explore the Civil Rights Museum Exhibit, “Civil Rights Movement: Making Headlines,” enjoy a photo booth, and attend Divine 9 and the Gallery Artist Meet & Greets from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
