Garden Learning Series – Pruning 101

Want to know how to help your trees and shrubs live a long, healthy life? Learn how to prune young trees and woody plants with us!
 
Pruning is important for good structure, can help improve tree health, aesthetics, fruiting and even safety. This hands-on class, held at the Gardens, will teach you the basics of young tree and woody plant pruning, why its important, and cover the best tools to use for the job.
 
This class will be lead by guest instructor, Christie Bryant, ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, and Founder of Speaking for the Trees, Inc.
 
The fee is $25 and Pre-registration is required. Discounts available for members.
