Understanding body constitution (Vatta, Pitta & Kapha)
Quiz on body constitution 
Understanding body constitution called Prakruti 
Understanding signs of imbalance called Vikruti
Food as a medicine or as a toxic
Simple, effective cleansing at home
Demonstration of how to make Khichadi (rice and lentil porridge)
