The City of Kennesaw is updating its 2025 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) plan, focused on the Cobb Parkway corridor and its connection to Downtown Kennesaw and surrounding neighborhoods. This planning effort will help identify opportunities for future development, improve connectivity, and create safer, more welcoming spaces for residents and visitors.

 

Join us for a Community Design Workshop on Wednesday, August 12, where it will build on previous public input by presenting the project’s existing conditions, market analysis findings, and initial planning framework before engaging participants in a series of hands-on activities. Attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with the project team to explore ideas for transportation, land use, placemaking, redevelopment, and public spaces.
