

The Outdoor Movie Series is three free movies hosted by Kennesaw Parks & Recreation in May, June, and July at Swift-Cantrell Park. This year, we are showing Universal Pictures’ Minions: The Rise of Gru (PG) on May 6, Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder (PG-13) on June 3 and Disney Pixar’s Finding Nemo (G) on July 22. Movies are shown on a giant inflatable screen on a large field at the park after sundown. Attendees are welcome to bring blankets, and chairs for their own comfort. There will be activities for the kids and vendors on-site beginning at 6:00 PM.

Movie Begins – Sundown (Typically Between 8:00 – 9:00 PM)
Attendees are welcome to bring blankets, chairs, etc. for their own comfort. No high-backed chairs, umbrellas, tents, pop-up canopies, etc. that could block the view of the movie for others.

ARTS & CRAFTS, FARMERS MARKET AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE VENDORS - One 10' x 10' booth space for the sale of general merchandise can be reserved for $50. Examples include candles, t-shirts, cookware and antiques.
NON-PROFIT VENDORS - One 10' x 10' booth space can be reserved by non-profit organizations for $50. Examples include the sale of raffle tickets or other fundraising activities.
FOOD-BEVERAGE VENDORS - One 10' x 10' booth space for the sale of food and beverage items can be reserved for $50 for a single item or $100 for multiple items.
On the day of the event, vendors are required to be set up by 5:30 PM (thirty minutes prior to the event start time). Activities will conclude at sundown when the movie begins. Vendors will be required to remain open for the duration of the activities and have the choice to leave or stay for the movie.
More than one booth space can be reserved for vendors requiring additional space. Event staff will make final decisions on vendors. Booth locations will be allocated at the discretion of event staff.
