Rules are subject to change, and continued participation is at the discretion of the event coordinators. A non-refundable $35 application fee is required at the time of application. Vendors are responsible for providing their own internet connection, power, water, tents, tables, and chairs. There is a section in the application for any additional information you would like us to know. Vendor acceptance and placement are entirely at the discretion of the festival staff.

There are three categories of vendors. Food & Beverage vendors pay $800 and may include prepared-on-site or pre-prepared foods, produce, canned goods, baked goods, and similar items. Booths are typically 10’ x 10’, with food truck arrangements and fees negotiable. General Merchandise vendors pay $375 and may include arts and crafts, handmade items, toys, t-shirts, cookware, antiques, and similar items, with 10’ x 10’ booth space. Non-profit vendors pay $150 for charitable, religious, political, or social organizations, also with 10’ x 10’ booth space. Vendors who wish to table only and not sell items should indicate this on their application. Vendors approved to table only who sell items on the day of the event will be disqualified from future events.

Applications are reviewed as they are received, and vendors will be notified of their status via email. Approved vendors will have their fees added to their online account, with payment due within one week. No refunds will be issued after the payment due date, for inclement weather, or for circumstances beyond our control. Vendors not accepted will not be charged.

All food and beverage vendors must follow public health guidelines for temporary food facilities and submit required documentation, including proof of insurance, food serving licenses, and any applicable permits, before approval. All vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the City of Kennesaw as an additional insured and must have a working fire extinguisher on site before the event begins. The Fire Marshal will conduct inspections to verify compliance.

The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for any reason deemed necessary. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, although credit for a future event may be offered at the City’s discretion. Event staff also reserve the right to accept, deny, or waitlist vendors as they see fit.
