

- Touch-A-Truck, the exciting and educational annual community event hosted by the City of Kennesaw’s Parks & Recreation, Public Works and Police Departments, will return to Adams Park on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Admission is free. Children can get up-close and personal with larger-than-life trucks, heavy construction and public safety equipment, cool cars and specialty vehicles. Attendees can meet vehicle owners and operators while touching, climbing on and interacting with this awesome exhibition of transportation. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

DIRECTIONS
I-75 Southbound (from Cartersville, GA)
- Take exit 273, turn right off ramp onto Wade Green Rd.
- Drive south on Wade Green Rd., which becomes Cherokee St.
- Continue on Cherokee St. 2-1/2 miles towards downtown Kennesaw
- Turn left onto Main St
- Turn right onto Watts Dr
- Continue onto Watts Dr through the roundabout taking the second exit
- Adams Park will be on your right
I-75 Northbound (from Atlanta, GA)
- Take exit 271, turn left off ramp onto Chastain Rd.
- Drive 1 mile on Chastain Rd., which becomes McCollum Pkwy.
- Continue on McCollum Pkwy 1-1/2 miles
- Turn right onto US-41/Cobb Pkwy.
- Drive 1/2 mile on US-41/Cobb Pkwy.
- Turn right onto Watts Dr.
- Adams Park will be on your left
Parking
Free public parking will be available at the following locations:
- Ben Robertson Community Center, 2753 Watts Dr.
- Recreation Center at Adams Park, 2737 Watts Dr.
- Along Lewis St., between N. Main St. and Dallas St.
- Surface parking behind Revival on Main (access entrance from Watts Dr.)
- First floor of the parking deck at Revival on Main (access entrance from Watts Dr.)
Handicap Only Parking
There is handicap parking within Adams Park at the Ben Robertson Community Center and the Recreation Center. Additional temporary handicap parking will be available at the Recreation Center
The City of Kennesaw mobile app features a parking map for the downtown area. Using the map, app users can see what specific parking lots are open and follow directions to all downtown public parking lots using the phones’ map system. The City of Kennesaw mobile app is available on both the Apple App Store & Google Play!
In addition to providing activities for event goers, our goal is to offer a variety of food items, unique merchandise and unusual gifts for sale. Vendor options are outlined below. For questions about vending please email our Special Event Coordinator.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE VENDORS - One 10' x 10' booth space for the sale of general merchandise can be reserved for $125. Examples include candles, t-shirts, cookware and antiques.
NON-PROFIT VENDORS - One 10' x 10' booth space can be reserved by non-profit organizations for $125. Examples include the sale of raffle tickets or other fundraising activities.
FOOD-BEVERAGE VENDORS - One 10' x 10' booth space for the sale of food and beverage items can be reserved for $125.
On the day of the event, vendors are required to be setup by 9:30 AM (thirty minutes prior to the event start time). Activities will conclude at 2:00 PM. Vendors will be required to remain open for the duration of the event.
More than one booth space can be reserved for vendors requiring additional space. Event staff will make final decisions on vendors. Booth locations will be allocated at the discretion of event staff.
