How to Report a Concern
Kennesaw 311: Report Non-Emergency Issues
Residents can report non-emergency concerns such as potholes, litter, damaged street signs, clogged storm drains, and park maintenance through Kennesaw 311. The platform is available on the City’s website and mobile app, and allows you to track the status of your request and communicate directly with City staff.
To submit a request, visit the Kennesaw 311 page or open the City of Kennesaw mobile app.
Code Enforcement Issues
The Code Enforcement Division handles private property concerns, including off-street parking. (For on-street parking issues, contact the Police Patrol Division.)
The City encourages residents to help keep Kennesaw safe and clean by voluntarily following local codes and reporting potential violations such as:
- Junk vehicles
- Overgrown yards or lots
- Illegal dumping
- Graffiti
- Illegal signs
- Dilapidated housing
- Immediate safety concerns (abandoned refrigerators, unsecured pools, aggressive/vicious animals, etc.)

For issues outside the scope of Kennesaw 311 or Code Enforcement:
- Law enforcement or illegal activity: Contact the Kennesaw Police Department at 770-422-2505 or dial 911 for emergencies.
- Gas leaks: Dial 911 for Emergency Response.
- Water or sanitary sewer issues: Contact Cobb County Water at 770-423-1000 for customer service or 770-419-6201 for emergencies.
