Class Duration: 60 mins (40 mins of theory, 20 mins of practice) 
Breathwork or Pranayama is not solely about controlling your breath. Come experience and learn about pranayama exercises and discover breathwork techniques to cultivate a deeper, more mindful relationship with yourself and your yoga practice.
